STEVE MAIOCCO
Steve served as Schooner’s Chief Financial Officer from 1996 through 2023. Steve remains a Managing Partner on a part-time basis focusing on internal administrative matters and Schooner’s investment portfolio, including serving as a board member at SRS Medical and overseeing Schooner's investment in Moonshine Farms, one of the larger dairy farm operations in New Zealand. Steve was a board member of former Schooner portfolio holding, Millstone Medical Outsourcing, for seventeen years. Prior to joining Schooner, Steve spent fourteen years in public accounting at Tonneson & Company CPAs P.C. where he worked with his clients on a wide range of accounting, financial and tax matters. Steve has an undergraduate degree from Cornell University and a Master’s of Science in Taxation degree from Bentley University. He is also licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
